Zamora -clocks

A couple of clocks in the parador in Zamora, Spain.  One of the ground floor corridors had about half-a-dozen of these along its length. I'd have been happy to take one home!

They are quite beautiful, Tom.

I wonder if they can be connected to the Internet-of-things?
Tom Wilson: They are indeed - but why would we bother with the IoT?

Things of craftsmanship & beauty - accuracy too I'm sure
Tom Wilson: They are certainly lovely pieces.
They are lovely, aren't they Tom?
Tom Wilson: They are indeed, Richard.
very unusual clocks, Tom. they are handsome.
Tom Wilson: Yes, our "grandfather clocks" as they are called have straight sides, rather than curves like these.
Aren't they a lovely looking shape. My late father in law had a collection of clocks.
Tom Wilson: He'd have been envious of the half dozen or so on display here smile
They are very nice, the smaller of the two would suit me.
Tom Wilson: Me, too, Brian.
It would be delight to own one, such a different style to our Grandfather Clocks
Tom Wilson: If I could have sneaked one away...
You have brought out their beauty...
