That's Yuge, Tom!

I expect Donald Duck will be claiming it soon.
Tom Wilson: Yes, just a couple of weeks or so after it was at its closest to the earth.
Wonderful detail!
Tom Wilson: Thanks, Elizabeth - it was still pretty close to us at the time
Its a big one, Tom, nice detail.
Tom Wilson: Thanks, Frank.
When we can see a big moon like that at any time of the year, Tom, it's so invigorating...no matter how old we are!
Tom Wilson: Indeed that's true, Ginnie.
Reassuringly familiar Tom.
Tom Wilson: Happily so, Chad.

I think I stood out in the garden and gazed at this a week or two ago Tom. But I didn't go so far as to howl..
Tom Wilson: You didn't? The old werewolf standards are declining!

I am happy it is still there, as it would keep the oceans on the move. Great shot.
Tom Wilson: We'd be a different world without it, I guess.

How we all love the Moon, Tom
Tom Wilson: We do indeed - I guess that as children it's one of the first things we notice in the sky, and get intrigued by the different phases.
A very fine moon it is too
Tom Wilson: In a nice, clear, Scandinavian sky smile
I can just make out the footprints, well nearly.
Tom Wilson: I was surprised at what a good job the little Panasonic travel zoom did, Martin!
I love it. Big and bright.
Tom Wilson: The clear Scandinavian air was a bonus smile
an appealing shot, Tom.
Tom Wilson: Thanks, Ayush.
belle prise!! amitiés
Tom Wilson: Merci beaucoup, Jean!
It was like that on several nights through December.
Tom Wilson: Indeed - this, however, was shot in Sweden smile
good one Tom... if i took that shot here i would be shivering...
and so would my tripod... from the wind....petersmile
Our fine companion...
