Any Old Iron?

From the Museum of Iron, Coalbrookdale.  The objects are all made from cast iron - a "Last Supper" fire-screen, two chairs, designed by Christopher Dresser (1834-1904) and made in c.1870, and gilt pedestal table. The fireplace is by Alfred Stevens (1817-1875).

Iron chairs: how comfortable is that!
According to the net It was Dresser rather than Morris who laid down the principles of the arts and crafts movement
Beautiful craftwork, I particularly like the firescreen.
This does not appeal to me but I have a friend who would be mad for it.
This style is always way to gaudy for me.... but I can admire the work!
