Impressive iron casting, for sure!
Tom Wilson: Amazing what can be done with it!
It is very beautifully done.
Tom Wilson: no wonder Queen Vic bought a version smile

a wonderful sculpture - I had liked to see her whole figure - chained at the rocks?
Tom Wilson: Now that is a good question, Philine - I do have a picture of the whole work, but I'm in Lithuania at the moment and don't have access to my files. I'll see what I can do about it on my return home.

True Victorian art isn't it
Tom Wilson: It is indeed - and well done, too!

Tom Wilson: Very sweet as Martine says.

The Goddess, Andromeda, has always held a fascination for me. As a child I liked the name, read about her in an astronomy book, and then there was the scary television series - A for Andromeda.
Tom Wilson: And there she is, in solid cast iron smile
It is very lovely.
Tom Wilson: No wonder Queen Vic was attracted!
Very well done isn't it.
Tom Wilson: It is indeed, Brian.
