Chad & I visited this place a few years ago on a brief visit to Finland. I have never really appreciated the music of Sibelius. Maybe I should try harder..
Tom Wilson: I like Sibelius - you should definitely try harder, Chris smile

I have been here with Tiff, on a day trip from Tallin.
Tom Wilson: So he tells me.
I have never really been a big fan of Sibelius
Tom Wilson: I like his music - so I was interested to see the sculpture.

It looks an interesting sculpture - does it make sounds as the wind blows through it?
Tom Wilson: I'm not aware that it does, Anne, but I guess it might.
I wonder how the tubes sound and look 40 years later?
Tom Wilson: Images on Google suggest it looks much the same smile
The title adds to the beauty of this phenomenal sculpture. I like the weathered textures. Beautifully composed. Friendship
Tom Wilson: It caused a lot of dispute when it was first erected, which is why the sculptor added the image of Sibelius.
