Torpa Stenhuset

The rear view of Torpa Stenhus ("stone house").  I featured this old manor house back in 2010 (good heavens, was it as long ago as that?!) - http://tomwilson.shutterchance.com/image/2010/02/23/torpa-stenhus/?sort=views

The windows look like a firesale of oddments, Tom.
Tom Wilson: They do rather.
I like the aged look of this one!

Very clean & Scandinavian it looks too Tom
Tom Wilson: It's been very well maintained.
The windows seem very small Tom
Tom Wilson: Typical of the 16th century, Bill, when the windows had no glass, just wooden shutters to keep out the weather.

Simple Scandinavian lines. I think the variety of window shapes may indicate building alterations. Great conversion of the picture.
Tom Wilson: Yes, quite a bit of building, addition, renovation has gone on over the past 500 years.
It looks like you drew it, Tom. smile
Tom Wilson: I'd be happy to draw as well, Frank!
