If this was in Bath it would be converted into a very expensive & desirable residence in no time Tom!
Tom Wilson: I can imagine, Chris!

One of the abandoned houses I saw so many of them in Irland, often in a worse or totally ruined state.
Tom Wilson: I suspect that this one has been used as a storehouse at some time
I love the rural bricks
Tom Wilson: There's some substantial stone work too - probably the only thing that's keeping it up!

Indeed it is that, Tom.
Tom Wilson: I guess that it will be renovated when the economy picks up.
This is it Tom, and it won't be there for long I presume!
Tom Wilson: I think the Irish economy will have to improve quite a bit before then, Richard.

I'm sure with a lick of paint it will be as good as new.
Tom Wilson: I think more than a lick will be needed, Alan.
the potential is certainly there, isn't it, Tom
Tom Wilson: I guess it will be pulled down and a new house erected at some time, Ayush.
Looked a bit like Sheep Saturday in the thumbnail Tom
Tom Wilson: He, he - well, there's some grazing for them!
Looks like a lot of work but maybe a real gem underneath perhaps.
Tom Wilson: I suspect not, Mary - it will probably be pulled down and a new house built.

What's the betting this will be on Location, Location! in a few years time.
Tom Wilson: You could well be right, Brian!
