Hard Labor, by INTI

INTI was born in Chile and is now based in Paris - apparently this was his first use of acrylic paint for a mural.

Helluvan artist!
Tom Wilson: Knows what he's doing, I think smile
it's a magnificent mural and you framed it very well Tom....petersmile
Tom Wilson: Thanks, Peter.
It's wonderful - I just can't wrap my head around how artists paint in such large scale.
Tom Wilson: Beats me, too, Elizabeth! I'd love to be there when they are actually doing it - I may try to time my visit next September if they have another festival.

A fine image it is too
Tom Wilson: It is indeed, Chris - and it is always a surprise to come across them.
I wonder what the significance of the buttons is?
Tom Wilson: A bit of play?
Quite a beautiful mural Tom!
Tom Wilson: Yes, quite stunning - the scale on which these artists work is quite amazing.

So this is what he thinks hard labour looks like. Should have seen me at the construction site I volunteered for the other day. There is no electricity - no power tools. Temperatures of over 40°C.
Tom Wilson: Perhaps he thought that producing it was hard labour, Louis smile
Fabulous isn't it
Tom Wilson: The festival does seem to attract some pretty fine artists.

Magnifique peinture murale.
Tom Wilson: I thought so, too, Martine. Merci pour votre visite.
So much more enjoyable to look at than day to day graffiti.
Tom Wilson: They are indeed - and if they inspire young'uns to develop, all to the good.
He'll be good when he masters it....smile Brilliant artwork, Tom.
Tom Wilson: Won't he just!
