I always thought the Potomac was a big thing, well maybe later it is..
Tom Wilson: They all start small smile The Potomac is fairly narrow until it gets to Washington, then it widens out and finally runs into Chesapeake Bay
Small tributaries make big rivers Tom!
Tom Wilson: Indeed they do - the Potomac only becomes a really wide river after it passes Washington.
