A lot of work obviously went into this
Tom Wilson: James Egan was the man - obviously knew what he was about.
More Victorian work Tom.
Tom Wilson: It is indeed, Chad, the work of one James Egan, designer of the windows for Birmingham Cathedral. From about 1895.

The guy in the middle frame seems to be saying "Can we keep the noise down a bit!".
Tom Wilson: You might be right, since, it represents "the victory of Christ over sin and death" smile
Done perfectly, Tom
Tom Wilson: Thanks, Mary

Tom Wilson: Thanks, Ayush.

Nazarene style of artwork? The Ascension as I assume.
Tom Wilson: There's an interesting history of the church on the Web, from which: "Mr Marshail, in conjunction with Rev’d Young, vicar since 1893... commissioned the artist James Egan (who designed the windows for Birmingham Cathedral and had worked earlier in his career with William Morris) to design stained glass to fill the great east window... – the theme being “Victory”, i.e. the victory of Christ over sin and death, a suggestion from Rev’d Young..."
A lovely shot of a very beautiful window.
Tom Wilson: Thanks, Brian.
A very fine window Tom
Tom Wilson: I thought so too, Bill
