Ommmmmm

I wish there was a decent bread shop in Thailand.
Tom Wilson: I make all our bread, Ray - very straightforward process and much better than what can be bought. All you need is a basic wholemeal recipe and you can then mix it with other grains - e.g., https://www.deliaonline.com/recipes/type-of-dish/bread-recipes/wholemeal-loaf
Yummmmm!!! Nice shot!
Tom Wilson: Good stuff, eh?
Looks good Tom.
Tom Wilson: From the bread I tasted in Poland, Frank, I guess it will be.

I get the feeling this is the real hand-baked deal Tom
Tom Wilson: No question about that, Chris.

Tom Wilson: Most bread in continental Europe is better than the UK product - unless you find an independent baker.

They must have big families, to bake such large breads.
Tom Wilson: Could be! Of course, in communist times they tended to be extended families in the same accommodation.

The breads look delicious and I expect they are of a good quality, unlike some of our supermarket offerings.
Tom Wilson: Oh, they put the supermarket stuff to shame - that's why I make bread!
That looks rather tasty Tom.
Tom Wilson: It does, doesn't it?
I have never seen such large loaves as those on the right.
Tom Wilson: Biggies, aren't they - and sourdough.
The looks great. Ange makes bread sometimes and it is worth the effort
good bread rolled out by hand Tom... nice display....petersmile
