I have a similar camera, they're wonderful

I blame Mick Shaw..
Tom Wilson: I blame the reviews of the first Fujifilms smile I had one of the X 100 series, but traded it in for the X Pro 2 - the 35mm lens is certainly a beauty.

Derbyshire was one of those places that I considered moving to when I retired. The almost universal 50mph speed limit on the open roads, though, would have driven me mad! As usual with me in any case, apathy got the better of my plans hence I'm still in Scumsville-sur-Mer.
Tom Wilson: Too fast for you, eh? smile I guess it is always best to stay where your contacts are.

Quite a landscape and a nice cloud ceiling, that lets most of the sun shine through.
Tom Wilson: The clouds came together later in the day and provided us with rain - since when it has hardly stopped raining, with some severe flooding in places.
A beautiful landscape, Tom! smile
Tom Wilson: Thanks, Martin.
Two people announcing new lenses today. I have lens envy. What a beautiful landscape.
Tom Wilson: Thanks, Mary. I think I now have all the lenses I can afford! I lack a really long lens, but when I need something like that my little Panasonic TZ70 serves instead: it's zoom goes out to a DSLR equivalent of 630mm smile
I know just where you took this from Tom, it is a lovely outlook from there across glorious Derbyshire.
Tom Wilson: Indeed it is lovely, Brian - a glorious view!
I now have an XT-1 , Xa-3 and an XE-2. I know Mr Shaw rates this lens very highly

I wish I had gone to Fuji years ago!
Tom Wilson: That's a bunch of cameras, Bill! I had the XE2s and the X100F and traded them in for the X-Pro2. I think Shaw has (or had) the X100 with the 1.4 35mm - I've gone for the 2.0 35mm, which has excellent reviews. I switched from Canon in 2013 to the X E1, which I think was Fujifilm's first, affordable, "amateur" product.
When it feels like you can see forever!
