Very neatly stacked!
Tom Wilson: Very!
very nice, Tom. having visited several working windmills in the Netherlands, i can almost smell the product.
Tom Wilson: Yes, it's quite distinctive, isn't it?

While we are here I must purchase a couple of Kg of bread flour...
Tom Wilson: And I'm sure it would make very good bread!

Good to see it is so productive, Tom
Tom Wilson: They have a cafe/restaurant and B&B as well as the mill, so I guess they get by.
I bet it would make fine bread!
Tom Wilson: Me too!
It looks like they have a good business, Tom!
Tom Wilson: I guess so, Ginnie.

Great picture of the neatly stacked bags with flower. I bake my own bread and I get my flower from the windmill 5 minutes walk away. The miller works the windmill now twice a week for the demand is getting bigger for the "real deal"... I can relate with Ayush here.
Tom Wilson: That's a very hand mill for you, Astrid - I've been making my own bread now for almost 50 years, and I would love a mill that close!

Now that we make our own bread I get very excited at the sight of bags of flour. I should like to try some.
Tom Wilson: It's such an easy thing to experiment with, too smile

It looks great. Soon it will be turned into cookies.
Tom Wilson: I imagine so!
Nice patterns of beautiful, fresh milled flour!
Tom Wilson: All good stuff!
bit too big to bring a bag back I guess Tom.
Tom Wilson: Yes, I only had cabin baggage and a couple of kilos would have been a bit too much!
I like the order, Tom........makes a pleasing image smile
Tom Wilson: Thanks, Martin - it's often surprising what makes a picture smile
