There appears to be a white monument up on that hill
Tom Wilson: Yes, that's the hill of the three crosses - I had pic some time back - https://tomwilson.shutterchance.com/theme/1-all-themes/image/2017/10/17/vilnius--the-three-crosses/
I like the terracotta roof tiles
Tom Wilson: Typical of the old towns of Central Europe - and the Med. of course.
A fine viewpoint Tom, what is the large mound just left of centre?
Tom Wilson: That's castle hill - with the remains of the castle on the top. The patches on the surface of the hill are where they are trying to compensate for having chopped down the trees and shrubs on the hill - erosion than started to run away with the soil!
