Conwy - old house

The date above the door says, I think, 1589 - which suggests that whoever had it built must have been pretty rich!  Handily placed next door to the Blue Bell pub, which looks to be, perhaps, a 17th century construction?

I seem to recall, could be wrong...As about the bridges...smile Isn't the worlds smallest house in Conwy ? As you say Tom, must have been well off !

A fine-looting building, and still in excellent condition after 400 years!
Whoever lives there now is probably pretty rich as well! Very nice!

This house certainly looks as if it has lasted quite a few centuries Tom
So, not a bad street to live on then, Tom!
I think Frank is right.: and the smallest pub is in Dublin I think

A man of importance must have lived there

The proportions and the rustic materials give this building a somewhat ‘heavy’ appearance.

This house looks to be in fine fettle, considering its age. Looking at those building blocks, they must be thick walls and sturdy.

The picture projects age and the b&w helps with that idea. Well worked.

This has such a British feel over it, Tom. I love these little towns. Great in B&W.
It's really lovely and b/w is well chosen here.
I've never come across a pub with that name! Lovely old buildings Tom smile
It looks to be a very well built house.
